The Intense™ is renowned for strong midlane read thanks to its R3S™ coverstock. Seeking a more defined breakpoint, R2S was the indisputable choice. With almost 6% more entry angle, the Intense Focus gives the bowler precisely what they need to knock down ten pins every time.
R2S Pearl Coverstock
R2S is synonymous with some of the most successful balls in recent history like the Hy-Road, Frantic, and the IQ Tour. It is renowned for clearing the front part of the lane with an unprecedented movement on the backend. The consistency of this shell through the heads is something to be marveled at.
RAD-E Core
Radial Accelerating Disk™ (RAD) technology was unveiled in the original X-Factor™ series as the first to feature dual density disc technology. More recently, this design premise emerged in the RAD4™ Core powering the Code™ series. With the new Intense, our R&D Team is taking it a step further with the new RAD-E™ Core. The “E” stands for ENERGY as the elongated ellipses near the pin increase the separation of mass as well as the potential energy of this dynamic beast.
