THE COMPETITION WILL NEVER CRACK THIS CODE
At Storm, we’re always looking for ways to create new and innovative bowling balls that help you take your game to the next level. Doing so involves research, development, and testing to make sure we’re pairing up the perfect coverstocks and cores to give you the ball reaction and hitting power you need to stay ahead of the competition. But what happens when tried-and-true coverstocks like NRG™, R2S™, or R3S™ just aren’t quite right for the job at hand? Easy, we reboot the system and create something brand new, and that’s exactly what we’ve done in order to bring you the Critical Code.

A CRITICAL INNOVATION
Over the years, balls earning the right to bear the Code name have utilized many different coverstock formulations. They’ve all been good, but we knew that the old standbys just weren’t going to get it done this time around, so we came up with something brand new, NRG-3 pearl reactive. This exciting new variation is sure to shock the system. With its 1500-grit polished finish, the NRG-3 pearl on the Critical Code will get through early friction with ease without sacrificing the midlane control needed to maintain consistency at the break point.

Down lane, the heavy lifting is handed over to the RAD-4 core. In the past, RAD-4 has powered superstars like the Code X™, Code Red™, and Code Black™, to name a few. This extremely dense RAD (Radial Accelerating Disc) core technology provides exceptional torque, leading to greater entry angle and more pin-punishing power than most asymmetrical cores can hope to offer.

The combination of the all-new NRG-3 pearl reactive coverstock and RAD-4 core will make the Critical Code the upgrade needed to take your game to new heights and will leave your opponents looking for technical support!

Radial Accelerating Disk technology dates back several generations with hints of it that can be found in the RAD4 Core. It features an extremely dense modified disc shape that generates substantial torque. So much torque, it reigns supreme at the top of the Premier line with a differential higher than any other weightblock in its class.
